No parking/camping is permitted on the road the night before gates open.

All vehicles will be searched upon entry. No alcohol, glass, or illegal materials are permitted. Full list of all prohibited items can be found in the FAQ section.

Tickets and Passes

All tickets and passes are non-refundable. All credentials are the sole property of Bass Coast Festival. Bass Coast will not be responsible for lost tickets or passes and does not issue replacement tickets or passes. Bass Coast will not issue refunds for any reason, including if the event is terminated early or cancelled due to extreme weather, acts of nature, acts of terrorism or government regulation. Bass Coast will not issue refunds for any failure or inability to use tickets due to illness, positive Covid-19 tests, acts of God, public health crisis, government restrictions, travel-related problems, or other conditions beyond the control of Bass Coast Festival.  Please ensure that you will be able to attend the festival before purchasing your tickets. Your ticket is valid only for the year on your Bass Coast ticket.* Bass Coast reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry to anyone without refund of ticket or pass.  All ticket holders must be 19 years of age and present two pieces of government-issued identification. Tickets and passes are a revocable license and may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without compensation.  Only purchase tickets from an authorized vendor or using the secure ticket exchange. Any ticket that has been duplicated or tampered with is invalid.

Bass Coast reserves the right to change the programming without notification. All tickets include camping in the general camping area(s). Re-entry will be charged at $20 per person. Local Merritt residents are exempt from this charge.

Event Cancellation*

If an Event is cancelled in its entirety for any reason, your tickets and passes will be deferred to the next Bass Coast Event of the same type for which your Credentials were purchased. If an Event is cancelled in its entirety for any reason, you agree that aside from obtaining a deferral credit for your Credentials, you will have no remedy against Bass Coast Festival (Bass Coast Project Ltd.), at law, in equity or otherwise, including, without limitation, for a refund of payments made, expenses incurred, or any actual, consequential, or punitive loss or damages of any kind, regardless of whether such loss or damage was foreseeable or Bass Coast was advised of the same. 

Prohibited Items

Guests and vehicles will be subject to searches prior to entry. Prohibited items include alcohol, drugs, glass, mirrors, weapons, flares, fireworks and pets (guide dogs are permitted with pre-registration). ). Full list of all prohibited items can be found in the FAQ section. Prohibited items are subject to seizure. The festival is not responsible for any confiscated items.

Vehicles parked in marked fire lanes will be towed without notice to the owner.

Potable drinking water is available free of charge as of Wednesday at the Food Court and in the Forest.

No unauthorized vending is permitted. 

COVID-19 Information

Bass Coast Festival will continue to operate in accordance with provincial and local health guidelines and recommendations.

Bass Coast Festival tickets are non-refundable. By purchasing a Bass Coast Festival ticket, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. In the event Bass Coast Festival 2024 cannot take place, all valid tickets will be moved forward one year.

Updates to Terms

Bass Coast reserves the right to make changes to the Terms as posted, so be sure to check back and review the Terms from time to time prior to purchase. 

Wednesday + Thursday Combined

Wednesday + Thursday Combined grants General Admission ticket holders access to the camping areas A, B, C, & Ventura starting 12pm on Wednesday, July 10th, 2024. In order to gain Wednesday Entry you must have a General Admission ticket and a Wednesday + Thursday Combined ticket.

The Ice Store and Camp B Satellite Store will be open Wed-Mon.

Wednesday Entry tickets do not allow access to the Glamping areas. 

The main festival grounds including the Forest and the Main Stage Field will be off limits.

Wednesday Entry tickets are valid for entry on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 12pm - 10pm

Thursday Entry

THURSDAY ENTRY grants General Admission ticket holders access to the camping areas as well as limited access to the festival grounds starting at 9AM on Thursday, July 11th, 2024. In order to gain Thursday Entry, you must have a General Admission ticket and a Thursday Entry ticket. 

Thursday Entry grants access to the main festival field, The Cantina Stage, The Movement Studio, The Brain, General Store, Ice Store and select Food Vendors. The forest stages and forest area will remain closed until Friday, July 12 2024 at 10am.

Glamping ticket holders have access to purchase Thursday Entry tickets. 

Thursday Entry Tickets tickets are valid for entry Thursday, July 11 2024 at 9am - 10pm

Enviro Vehicle Pass - Regular size

Bass Shuttle

Departure Route:

Friday, July 12, 2024 7:00 am pickup at Olympic Village Skytrain Station to arrive at the festival in the early afternoon. The shuttle will be fast-tracked at the A Gate and drop off all passengers at the entrance to Ventura Campground.

Return Route:

Monday, July 15, 2024, 11:30 am pickup at the entrance to the Ventura Campground with an evening drop off at Olympic Village Skytrain Station.

Luggage space is limited to one large piece of luggage per passenger (max 50 lbs) and one small carry-on (ie. backpack, mini cooler).

Drink Tickets Package

Pre-purchase a package of 12 discounted drink tickets to enjoy beverages at one of the 4 Bass Coast bars. The menu features artisan cocktails & mocktails and a selection of beer and cider. Buy the package and enjoy one drink on us.

Reserved Campsites

Book a reserved campsite and plan to camp with your friends. The best part about reserving a campsite is that you will know where to go and you’ll have guaranteed space for your group. Learn more about the options for reserved campsites below:

Campground A Premium Reserved Campsites: The premium sites are a numbered selection of riverfront or shaded sites with easy access to the festival and ample room for you to camp with friends. Know where you’ll go - all of the premium sites are numbered and you can select the specific spot you’d like to book.

Cost: $559 per site. All Campsite A sites are 18 x 40 feet. Suggested up to 8 people per site (2 steering wheels and 2-4 tents). All vehicles must fit on the site and require a Vehicle Pass.

Campground A Reserved Campsites: Campground A Reserved Campsites are located in the centre of Campground A. Know where you’ll go - all of the reserved sites are numbered and you can select the specific spot you’d like to book.

Cost: $499 per site. All Campsite A sites are 18 x 40 feet. Suggested up to 8 people per site (2 steering wheels and 2-4 tents). All vehicles must fit on the site and require a Vehicle Pass.

Campground A Double Wide Reserved Campsites: Campground A Double Wide Reserved Sites are located in the centre of Campground A. Know where you’ll go - all of the reserved sites are numbered and you can select the specific spot you’d like to book.

Cost: $949 per site. Double Wide Reserved Campsites are 36 x 40 feet. Suggested up to 16 people per site (4 steering wheels and 6-8 tents). All vehicles must fit on the site and require a Vehicle Pass.

Campground Ventura Reserved Campsites: Campground Ventura Reserved Campsites are located on the south end of the festival grounds and is a short walk to the main concert site. Know where you’ll go - all of the reserved sites are numbered and you can select the specific spot you’d like to book.

Cost: $449 per site. All Campsite Ventura sites are 18 x 42 feet. Suggested up to 8 people per site (2 steering wheels and 2-4 tents). All vehicles must fit on the site and require a Vehicle Pass.

Campground Ventura XL Reserved Campsites: Campground Ventura Reserved Campsites are located on the south end of the festival grounds and is a short walk to the main concert site. Know where you’ll go - all of the reserved sites are numbered and you can select the specific spot you’d like to book.

Cost: $559 per site. All Campground Ventura XL Reserved Campsites are 18’ x 55’. Suggested up to 12 people per site (3 steering wheels and 3-5 tents). All vehicles must fit on the site and require a Vehicle Pass.

Campground Ventura Double Wide Reserved Campsites: Campground Ventura Double Wide Reserved Campsites are located on the south end of the festival grounds and is a short walk to the main concert site. Know where you’ll go - all of the reserved sites are numbered and you can select the specific spot you’d like to book.

Cost: $949 per site. Double Wide Reserved Campsites are 36 x 42 feet. Suggested up to 16 people per site (4 steering wheels and 6-8 tents). All vehicles must fit on the site and require a Vehicle Pass.

DIRECTIONS

Access to Campground A and Ventura is via Neilson Rd. Check in at A Gate.

Access to Campground B and C is via Midday Valley Road. Check in at Main Gate.

VEHICLES AND TENTS:

All vehicles must fit on the site and require a Vehicle Pass to enter the festival.

Public River Access: There are multiple public river access points in Campground A to allow everyone access to the river.

WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY ENTRY

Reserved Campsites are open beginning Wednesday, July 10, 12PM PDT. Anyone accessing the Reserved Campsites on Wednesday or Thursday must have a General Admission ticket and the appropriate early entry ticket(s).
